Terms
The terms governing this website, its free content and its features.
Effective 7 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Output Loop website at outputloop.co.uk and any free content or website feature that links to them.
Output Loop is a trading name of ALTIOR DIGITAL LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17106631), registered office Unit 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds, IP28 7DE (“Output Loop”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
The website and our services are intended for adults acting for business purposes. They are not offered to consumers or children. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website.
2. Our services and paid engagements
We provide reputation management, Google Business Profile management, AI chat and phone assistants and websites for local businesses. The website describes these services and provides general information. It does not, by itself, create a paid engagement or require us to provide a service.
A paid engagement is formed only through an agreement, order form or proposal that we and the client have accepted. That document governs the engagement, including price, term, VAT, cancellation and ownership of any website we build, and overrides these website terms for the paid work if there is any conflict.
3. Website content
We aim to keep website information useful and current, but general website content is provided for information only. It is not legal, financial or other professional advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances.
We may change, suspend or withdraw website content or features. We do not promise that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
4. The figures we publish
Statistics about consumer behaviour on this website come from published third-party research, and we name the source in our list of sources. Figures that appear in examples, such as ratings, review counts or report numbers, are illustrations of how our service and reports look; they are not results we have achieved for a client.
Results depend on your business, your customers and your market, so nothing on this website is a promise of a particular number of reviews, rating or ranking. If you think a figure is wrong, tell us and we will check it.
5. AI and illustrative content
We use AI tools to help make parts of this website, and we want to be clear about which parts.
Images. Some photographs of people, premises and businesses on this website are generated with AI. They are illustrations. They do not show our clients, their staff or their customers, and they do not show results we have achieved. The portrait of our founder, Michael McGowan, is an AI-enhanced image based on a real photograph of him.
Example reviews, messages and conversations. Review cards, text messages and chat or call conversations shown on this website are examples written by us to show how our services work. The businesses and people named in them are invented. They are not reviews of us or of any real business.
Michael’s AI avatar. Some videos on this website feature an AI-generated avatar of our founder, Michael McGowan, with an AI version of his voice. Michael created the avatar and approves everything it says.
Voice-overs. The narration in our explainer films is an AI-generated voice.
Real reviews. Any review or testimonial we publish from a real client is genuine, used with permission, and will say if it was incentivised in any way. If you think anything on this website gives a misleading impression, tell us at hello@outputloop.ai and we will look at it promptly.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the website unlawfully, fraudulently or to harm another person;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, connected systems or data;
- introduce malware or other harmful code;
- probe, scan or test security without written permission;
- interfere with the website’s operation or another person’s use of it;
- scrape, copy or extract website content at scale except where law or written permission allows; or
- use the website or its content to infringe another person’s rights.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect us, our users, our systems or our legal rights.
7. Intellectual property
We or our licensors own the intellectual property rights in this website and its content, including text, design, graphics, branding, video, code and downloadable materials, unless stated otherwise.
You may view the website and make a reasonable copy for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation. You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license or exploit website content without prior written permission or a legal right to do so.
Ownership of client deliverables, including websites we build, is governed by the accepted engagement documents.
8. Information you provide
Information you submit, including through our free assessment request, must be accurate to the best of your knowledge, must not be unlawful, misleading or harmful or infringe another person’s rights, and you must have authority to provide it.
Our use of personal data is explained in our Privacy policy. Please do not send confidential, special-category or security-sensitive information through a general enquiry unless we have asked for it and provided an appropriate route.
9. Third-party services and links
This website links to third-party websites, including Google and our parent site outputloop.ai. A link does not mean we endorse or control the third party. Their terms and privacy notices may apply, and we are not responsible for third-party content or availability. Google and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising solely from reliance on general website content, inability to access the website, or a third-party website or service outside our control, except to the extent the loss results from our breach of a duty that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability for a paid engagement is governed by the accepted engagement documents.
11. Ending or restricting website access
You may stop using the website at any time. We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or a material breach of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should continue, such as intellectual property, liability and governing law, remain effective after access ends.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, our services or the law. The current version is published here with its effective date. Changes apply from that date and do not retrospectively change an agreed engagement.
13. Governing law and courts
These terms and any non-contractual disputes arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms may be sent to hello@outputloop.ai, or by post to ALTIOR DIGITAL LTD, Unit 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Bury St Edmunds, IP28 7DE.
