Reputation management

More Google reviews, earned honestly from every customer

We ask every customer for a Google review once the job is done, follow up politely and reply to every review on your behalf. You carry on with the work, and each month we show you exactly what has changed.

Your reviews are often the first thing a new customer sees

When someone needs a plumber, a hairdresser or a garage, they usually read the Google reviews before they pick up the phone. A steady flow of recent, genuine reviews tells them you are busy, trusted and still doing good work. A thin or out-of-date profile can send the same customer to the business down the road, however good your work is.

  1. 97%of consumers read reviews when choosing a local business.1
  2. 81%of UK consumers say good reviews make them more likely to use a small local business.2
  3. 80%are likely to use a business that responds to all of its reviews.1

From your first conversation to your monthly report

Most of your involvement is at the start. After that, the service runs in the background and you see the results each month.

Businesses, customers and figures shown are examples for illustration.

Six things we do to earn and show off your reviews

Everything to do with your reviews sits in this service, from asking for them to putting them to work.

  • Past customers invited to review

We begin by inviting the customers you have already looked after to share their experience. It is the quickest way to bring a quiet profile up to date with reviews that reflect years of good work.

  • A personal request after every job

Each customer receives a short text and email in your business’s name once the work is done, with a link straight to your Google review page.

  • Smart reminders

If someone has not had the chance to review, they receive a friendly reminder a few days later. Reminders stop as soon as they leave a review, so nobody is chased.

  • A reply to every review

Every review gets a considered reply in your name, and Michael reads the difficult ones before they are posted. Fake or abusive reviews that break Google’s rules are reported for removal.

  • Your reviews, live on your website

A review widget shows your latest Google reviews on your website and updates automatically, so every visitor sees fresh, genuine feedback.

  • Your best reviews as social posts

We turn your strongest reviews into ready-to-share posts for your social media pages, in your customers’ own words.

Included as standard: a professional website, a monthly report and Michael as your named contact.

Questions business owners ask before they start

Is asking customers for Google reviews allowed?

Yes. Google allows businesses to ask their customers for reviews, provided every customer can be asked and nobody is rewarded for leaving one. Our process is built around those rules from the outset.

Will you only ask my happy customers?

No. Google does not allow businesses to ask only the customers they expect to be satisfied, and reviews collected that way can be removed. We ask every customer, which also means your reviews give an honest picture that new customers can trust.

Do you write or buy reviews?

Never. Every review on your profile comes from a genuine customer, in their own words. Fake reviews break Google's policies, and UK consumer law under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 also targets fake review practices.

Can you remove negative reviews?

We cannot delete a review, and no honest provider can. If a review breaks Google's rules, for example because it is fake or abusive, we report it and ask Google to take it down, although the final decision is Google's. For fair criticism, a calm and constructive reply often reassures future customers more than a removal would.

How many reviews should I expect?

That depends on how many customers you serve and how they feel about your work, so we do not promise a number in advance. What we do promise is that every customer is asked, followed up and thanked, and that your monthly report shows the real results.

How quickly will the first reviews arrive?

The campaign to your past customers goes out within the first few weeks, and that is usually where the first new reviews come from. From then on, every completed job prompts a new request.

How much of my time will it take?

Most of your involvement is at the start, when you give us access to your Google profile, share your customer list and approve the wording. After that, your part is to let us know about completed jobs, or connect the system you already use to record them, and to read your monthly report.

How will my customers be contacted?

Requests are sent by email and text message. Text messages begin once your business has completed the mobile network registration that UK texting now requires, and email requests run from the start.

Will my customers feel pestered?

No. Each customer receives a personal request after their job and a polite reminder if they have not replied, and the messages stop as soon as they leave a review. We agree the wording and tone with you before anything is sent.

What happens to my customer data?

Your customer list remains yours, and we use it only to send review requests on your behalf. We set out in writing how your data is handled, stored and protected, in line with UK data protection law, before any messages are sent.

I already have a website. Do I need a new one?

Not necessarily. If your current website works well, we keep it and add your reviews and click-to-call details. If it is holding you back, we build the included website, and we will give you an honest view at your assessment.

Who owns my reviews and my Google profile?

Your Google Business Profile belongs to your business, and you simply give us access to manage it. The reviews are published on your profile, so they stay with your business.

I use Checkatrade, Trustpilot or Facebook. Does this replace them?

No. Our focus is Google, because that is where most people search first and where your star rating appears in search results and on the map. Your other profiles stay exactly as they are.

I have more than one location. Can you help?

Yes. Each location has its own Google profile and its own customers, so tell us at your assessment and we will explain how the service would work for your business and confirm the price in writing.

How will I know the service is working?

Your monthly report shows the reviews you have gained, your current rating, your profile views and the calls from your profile, together with what we plan next. If you have questions, you can call Michael directly.

How long does setup take?

We agree a start date once you have signed up. The main factors are how quickly we receive access to your Google profile and customer list, and whether we are building your included website.

Can I cancel?

We confirm the contract length and notice period in writing before you sign up, so you know exactly where you stand before you commit to anything.

Is VAT included in the price?

We confirm the VAT position in writing before you sign up, alongside the contract terms. Your free assessment carries no charge and no obligation.

We will compare your Google reviews with your nearest competitor and send you a one-page report with the three changes that would make the biggest difference, with no charge and no obligation.
