Turn happy customers into five-star Google reviews

We ask every customer for a review once the job is done, follow up politely and reply to every review on your behalf. The result is a stronger reputation on Google and more enquiries from people nearby.

When people need a local business, they read the reviews first

A strong set of recent Google reviews is often what persuades someone to call you rather than the business listed above or below you. The research on this is consistent.

  1. 97%of consumers read reviews when choosing a local business.1
  2. 81%of UK consumers say good reviews make them more likely to use a small local business.2
  3. 71%would not consider a business with an average rating below three stars.3

What happens after every job

Once your account is set up, everything runs quietly in the background. You carry on with the work and we look after your reputation.

You will deal with Michael, not a call centre

Output Loop is run by Michael McGowan from Hertfordshire. Michael built these systems for his own company before offering them to other local businesses. He sets up every account personally, reads every monthly report before it reaches you, and answers the phone when you call.

Questions business owners ask us

Will you only ask happy customers for reviews?

No. Google's policies do not allow a business to ask only its satisfied customers, and reviews gathered that way can be removed, so we ask everyone. If a review is unfair, we reply calmly and professionally. If it breaks Google's rules, we report it and ask for it to be taken down.

How much of my time will this take?

Very little. Once your account is set up, each completed job triggers a review request automatically. We send the requests and reminders, reply to the reviews and send you a report each month.

Do I need a new website?

Not necessarily. A professional website is included, but if your current site already works well, we keep it and add your reviews to it.

How quickly will reviews start to arrive?

Invitations go to your past customers within the first few weeks, and every completed job after that brings a new request. The number of reviews depends on your customers, so we report the real figures each month rather than promise a number in advance.

I already use Checkatrade. Is this still worth it?

Yes. Google is where most people search first, and it is where your star rating appears on the map and in the search results. We focus on Google, and your Checkatrade profile stays exactly as it is.
